Occupational Health Solutions

Quality Medial Care For Your Workplace

At Occupational Health Solutions it is our mission to assist organisation’s in building healthy and resilient workforces by providing holistic occupational health services that are underpinned by industry leading research and software systems.
At the core of Occupational Health Solutions, is the underlying belief that prevention is better than cure. It is this mentality that has driven our business since day one. As an organisation, we don’t accept the “break-fix” reactive model of waiting for an employee to be hurt, sick, injured or for an incident to occur before intervening. To us, it’s already too late. We stake our reputation on being proactive, innovative, data driven and having a preventive culture in the forefront of every decision we make for a client. We believe in root cause analysis, lowering risk profiles and acting swiftly and decisively to minimise risks, incidents and injuries.
At Occupational Health Solutions, we pride ourselves on quality – we have access to a vast network of highly experienced medical and allied health professionals. We utilise software systems to govern and manage our vast array of programs, and this enables us to create better outcomes for our clients and their employees.
Occupational Health Solutions is an innovative player within the occupational health space. Our philosophy is that in order to maximise workforce productivity we need to empower employees to be healthier and avoid injuries, thereby improving our partners’ bottom line while promoting an enhanced culture and staff engagement.

We have grown over the past 3 years to now provide global services. We work predominantely remotely but do go on-site as required. We have grown our staffing levels and expanded our network of providers globally. We aim to be able to encourage safe, healthy, happy and comfortable working in any environment globally.
